Why does my OnBord account say my profile is incomplete?

Either your CRM account is not linked, or your user profile is missing information such as your mobile number. Check the account information.

Why can’t I select a user as Primary Advisor?

The user needs an ADV 2B (Disclosures for Supervised Persons) form attached to their profile. Confirm with the user or the company administrator.

Why can’t I select a user as an advisor or CSA?
The user hasn’t finished their profile setup and linked their CRM account. Contact the user to inform them.
Why can’t I select DocuSign?

Either the company administrator disabled it, or they have not linked a DocuSign account to the company.

How frequently will my client receive reminders to complete the interview?
Every three days.
