OnBord is seeking a dynamic President with an exceptional track record of transformational leadership and the ability to leverage the company’s assets, market position, and existing relationships to drive continued growth. He / She will bring visionary leadership in developing and executing a cohesive go-to-market plan to strengthen the company’s position as the defining market leader for wealth management software.   The President will serve as a critical partner to CEO, Nick Bernardo, and the Board to drive OnBord’s continued transformation into a leading SaaS company with a strong recurring revenue profile. He / She will have proven success of exceptional go-to-market, people, and operational leadership in rapidly changing environments. The President will lead from the front in living and defining the OnBord culture and will have the proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-caliber teams with a culture of accountability.

  • Proven Growth SaaS General Manager
    • Proven P&L owner in a growth software business, experience as a President or GM strongly preferred
    • Success in scaling enterprise, subscription-based, recurring revenue SaaS business models
    • Leadership in rapid-growth companies scaling from $500K-$10M+  
    • Track record of systematically and rapidly diagnosing the opportunities and challenges facing a business, then enrolling & mobilizing the organization to deliver successful outcomes
